Caravan Cover Shop supplies customers throughout Australia.

All advertised prices include FREE shipping Australia-wide — no hidden fees at checkout.

Because Caravan Cover Shop supplies products from several manufacturers, dispatch and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product ordered. Estimated shipping information is provided on each individual product page.

PO Box & Parcel Locker Delivery

Caravan Cover Shop cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to supplier freight restrictions. Please provide a residential or work address, or the address of a trusted family member, friend or neighbour.

Before Your Order Is Dispatched

Before an order is shipped, in instances where a customer has had no prior consultation with Caravan Cover Shop regarding cover size, we will make contact and request measurements to help ensure the correct product has been selected.

This additional step helps minimise size selection errors and helps ensure the most appropriate product is supplied.

Dispatch Times

Caravan Cover Shop works with a number of different manufacturers and suppliers throughout Australia. As a result, dispatch timeframes vary between product ranges. Rather than publishing a single estimated dispatch time across the entire website, each product page includes supplier-specific shipping information where applicable.

Orders are submitted to the relevant supplier the same business day (if placed during business hours). Orders are generally ready for shipment as early as the following business day, but occasionally it may take up to a week for shipment details to be shared.

If an item is out of stock or on back-order, Caravan Cover Shop will contact you immediately to discuss. There may be another suitable cover option available which you can agree to swap to, or alternatively a full refund can be provided if you are unable to wait until the correct item is available.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are delivered using trusted freight carriers appropriate for the size and destination of the shipment, including: Big Post, TNT, Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, Aramex and Direct Freight. Please note Caravan Cover Shop does not select the carrier — this is arranged by the cover supplier.

Delivery timeframes depend on factors including:

  • Delivery location
  • Metropolitan or regional destination
  • Freight carrier schedules
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Seasonal demand

Once an item has been shipped, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, and allow more time for remote locations. Delays can occur — particularly during peak periods such as Christmas. Caravan Cover Shop is unable to guarantee delivery times, as logistics are handled by third-party freight providers.

In some locations, a 3rd-party delivery service may be used for final delivery. This is standard protocol and ensures coverage in areas not directly serviced by a primary carrier. Tracking details may stop updating once the package is passed to a 3rd-party delivery provider.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details via email or SMS (via Aftership) as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

You will be notified automatically each time your parcel progresses through the freight network — saving you the hassle of tracking the item yourself.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

At the time of placing an order, there is an option for a customer to enter specific delivery instructions if they feel the item is safe to be left without a signature. This is often referred to as an ‘ATL’ (Authority to Leave).

A customer should only offer this additional instruction where they feel it is safe to do so.

Please note that if you provide ATL instructions, Caravan Cover Shop is not liable for lost or stolen items once delivery is marked as complete. We can assist however by initiating an investigation with the freight company.

Please also note Caravan Cover Shop is unable to guarantee that an item will be left in accordance with the ATL instructions provided. Freight company delivery drivers may, at their discretion, decide to return an item to a collection point.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the courier. This process may take up to 5 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and send them to info@caravancovershop.com.au immediately. We will coordinate a replacement with the supplier.

Receiving Your Order

Customers should inspect their shipment as soon as practical after delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged during transit:

  • Photograph the packaging before opening, if possible
  • Inspect the contents carefully
  • Contact Caravan Cover Shop promptly if any damage is identified

Prompt reporting assists with any required freight or warranty enquiries.

Before Installing Your Cover

Before fitting your new cover, Caravan Cover Shop recommends:

  • Confirming the correct product has been received
  • Reading any manufacturer instructions supplied
  • Ensuring the caravan is clean and dry
  • Reviewing the fitting guidance provided in Chapter 5 — Buying Guide

Taking a few minutes to complete these simple checks can help ensure the cover performs as intended from the outset.
