Shipping & Returns
All advertised pricing for Caravan, Pop Top, Camper and Motorhome Covers on our online store, as well as covers for accessories, include FREE SHIPPING Australia wide.
As soon as your order is complete and your payment approved, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and received confirmation of your payment.
We then submit your order details to the appropriate Supplier the same day.
Our Suppliers will start processing your order either the same day or the next business day. You can expect your order to be ready for shipment as early as the next business day, but generally no later than two business days after order confirmation.
Once we have received shipping / tracking details we send these to you immediately.
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from the date your item leaves the warehouse.
Damages / Wrong size received:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival, or as soon as possible if you have authorised the delivery to be left unattended in your absence. If you notice any damage or if you have received the wrong cover type / size, please make note of it when signing for delivery, and take clear photos.
It is important to contact us quickly to advise of these issues, so if this has occurred, please send clear photos to email@example.com and we will assist as required, either by facilitating a Warranty claim if needed, or by arranging for the original cover to be collected and returned and a replacement product be shipped.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:
Cancellation of an order may only be made within 24 hours of the order being made. A cancellation fee of $20.00 will be deducted from the purchase price, and the balance returned to the Customer by the same payment method used for the purchase.
Orders can not be cancelled outside of 24 hours of being made.
Caravan Cover Shop is unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. Following the 24 hour cancellation period, the buyer accepts full responsibility and ownership of the product. This condition has been established by our Suppliers.
Returns will be accepted if the cover arrives in a damaged condition, or if you receive the wrong cover or size in error. See 'Damages / Wrong size received' above for details.
