An easy shopping experience
We needed a new caravan cover and couldn't find what we wanted locally. We used Caravan Cover Shop to find what we wanted. Ordering was easy and delivery was very prompt. Now we have a quality cover protecting our van and it didn't cost the earth. We are very happy with our Samson cover. Thanks guys!

Best customer service
My wife and I purchased a Samson heavy duty Caravan cover from the Caravan Cover shop. The cover turned up in a very timely fashion. When we put the cover on we discovered 3 small holes in it. We took some photo's and sent them to Kirk and Leanne at the Caravan Cover shop. In a very short amount of time they responded, apologising for the experience and contacted the cover manufacturer. The manufacturer straight away supplied a label for us to return the cover to them at their expense. A new cover was dispatched in short order and was gratefully received by us. During the whole process Kirk and Leanne kept us informed and followed up with the manufacturer on shipping. They even kept track of the delivery and emailed us stating the cover was being delivered today. Customer service seems to be nearly non-existent these days, however I can say without reservation that Kirk and Leanne are very strong in this area and they genuinely care about us, the customer. If and when it is time to purchase another cover, rest assured the only place I will be going is to the Caravan Cover shop. I also strongly urge you, the reader, to consider them for your purchase. Even though we had a slight problem with the original cover this is no fault of Kirk and Leanne, and even the manufacturer took full responsibility. Overall it was a pleasant experience My wife and I are more than happy with the product, service and outcome. Thank you very much.
